Ways we can help you
As psychologists, we are registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). This certification permits us to assess, diagnose and treat psychological (i.e. emotional, behavioural and cognitive) and learning difficulties. We assist children (ages 4-12 years), adolescents (12-18 years) and adults (18+ years).
Treatment includes working together with clients to help individuals to reach their treatment goals. We make use of integrative and evidence-based approaches to tailor treatment according to every client’s unique situation and needs. The length of therapy will be determined by the needs, presenting complaint and goals of every client.

Your present circumstances don’t determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start.
The most basic of all human needs is the need to understand and to be understood. The best way to understand people is to listen to them.
The quality of your life ultimately depends on the quality of your relationships.
To heal is to touch with love that which we previously touched with fear.
